w-endblog manifesto

The w-endblog will only post on weekends(hence the title). The internet really sucks on the weekend and I'm fuckin sick of it. So instead of just bitching and moaning (as usual), I'm gonna do something about it.

However, there's a reason that the internet sucks on weekends: no-one works on weekends, so nothing happens in 'the real world' (except sports but who cares? If you do go here) and everyone is too busy gettin wasted and having fun to really do anything productive on Saturday and Sunday.

So,I'm gonna try to put up two good rants every weekend, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.
I'll probably write them during the week and save them for later. I'll also squirrel away some unheralded links from the previous week and post those . Hopefully, I'll be able to find some links that are interesting, but weren't on the front page of digg.com , Slashdot , et al . I'll also take submissions from readers. You can submit any thing you want articles, rants, funny photoshops,animated gifs, website, etc . If you submit a link to your site or project it must only go online during the weekend following submission. The cutoff date for the weekend is naturally at midnight on Friday.
